FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most.

What does a truck dispatcher do for me?
We search load boards, check broker credit, negotiate rates, book loads you approve, send you the load details, keep brokers updated while you drive, and submit your paperwork and POD.
Do I have to accept every load you find?
No. Every load is sent to you for approval first. You decide which loads you take, which lanes you run and when you go home.
What equipment do you dispatch?
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, box truck and power only.
Do you work with my factoring company?
Yes. We check broker credit with your factoring company before booking, and send your rate confirmations and POD so you get paid faster.
What do I need to get started?
Your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance and, if you use one, your factoring notice of assignment. Contact us and we will walk you through setup.
